As a marketing research and development company with in-house graphic design and IT development, we are currently seeking suitably qualified candidates to join the company to spearhead our first property marketing products and services branded propertrack.com.

propertrack.com provides Malaysian licensed real estate agency firms with a consolidated one-stop property marketing platform. The services are extended from the retail property centre located directly opposite the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Jalan Pinang. The centre will be open seven (7) days a week FREE to the general public with a dedicated and wide range of expanding services and support system. The services and support system are designed to reappraise real estate agency firm's marketing expenditure, procedures and maximise their business potential.

Retail Property Centre Supervisor

  1. Minimum SPM qualifications and IT literate
  2. Minimum two (2) years work experience in Property Marketing, Sales and or Retail Industries are required
  3. Languages: English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on a monthly, flexible rota / shifts to include weekends and public holidays
  6. Two (2) positions available
  7. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold the relevant residence status
  8. Related training will be provided

Retail Property Centre Trainees

Accounts Executive

  1. Applicant must possess at least a certificate or Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or LCCI
  2. At least two (2) years work experience in Finance – General / Cost Accounting or equivalent
  3. Applicant must be able to prepare and handle a full set of accounts
  4. Applicant must be able to liaise with company: auditors; tax agents; bankers; company secretaries; and authorities, to ensure compliance of corporate governance and statutory requirements
  5. Applicant must have excellent communication and analytical skills and be proficient in MS Office
  6. Preferred Languages: English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent written English skills
  7. Applicant must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
